Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

No question,M1das,you are right with your prophesy aboutProphecy,no pun intended. I added more the last few days on that belief.However,I am a little surprised we are not over a @1.00 as thermal coal should be more attractive with the nuclear worries around the globe after the Japanese crisis.What do others think?
