I noticed questionable trading activity on march 16--slow day--with W.D Latimer Co. Ltd. Almost all their trades were small odd lots at points in time where it would give a perception of little support on the down side. Any small trader without L2 may be influenced to sell. I do NOT know but this may be normal market maker activity.  BUT I DO KNOW HB has a vested interest in maintaining the lowest stock price possible. I have no doubt they are going to make a run at this company and will try to justify their unjustifiable price based on historical stock price average as they have done with Norsemont.

             -Regarding the $1.50 it is a good target given the "Kown Ore Body" of Reed and should be trading around there now.  I will revise my $1.36 target based on yesterdays news release.
            
            -Regarding the $1.50 and VMS as a whole, it is way low!!! This company has alot going on!!!
                       
                         -The speculation of Reed the "unknown ore body" some one posted previously rumors of MULTIPUL  lenses ABSOLUTLY HUGE!!! and will NOT be included in the NI-43-101.
                      
                          -The other properties that are joint ventured with HB are buitfull drill targets.  This is exploration science at its best.  I can't wait to drill these... I am scared to death HB will take over VMS before this has a chance to happen.

                            -Many other non-joint venture proprties and drill targets established with THE SAME LEADING EDGE SCIENCE!!!

                            -45% Ownership in North American Nickel with its own properties; one of wich--Post Creek--yielded chip samples of 15% copper, 29 g/t gold, 18.7 g/t silver, Jan 10, 2011.  THE SAME LEADING EDGE SCIENCE!!!

                            -Other stuff but my fingers are tired.

p.p.s. I  am not implying the Norsemont deal was a bad deal, simply indicating one of the methods of valuation HB used to justify its bid price; as I am sure most of you got or all of you; I'll just shut up!!!
