A Animal Health, not a human Health plant is what was being built in Bellville. If BNC were to even consider this plant for production of human health drugs in the USA, the plant would need to be built to FDA standards. There is a huge difference between the two and the FDA standards are quite expensive to build. I'm not sure what specs the Bellville plant was built to, but based on the known costs to date, I very much doubt is was built to the FDA standards. Without such, the drug may never get FDA sales approval in the USA.
