Acrylamide-prevention projectconcern about Acrylamide amongst consumers is low as food companies and health agencies such as FDA are not broadcasting because there is no solution (until now) and liability concern (such as litigation in California)
but once FEB's solution nears commercial status then we cross the chasm
if food company xyz does not adopt they get left behind
they get their asses subjected to litigation
why would you buy a product with a cancer causing agent when the one next to it doesn't have the carcinogen
billion dollar markets ...
