I bring up Canadian companies, because in my career I've worked on both sides of the border, and I must say, that I always liked the American attitude towards getting the job done. i.e, damn the torpedos, get it done! If you are right, you get a raise, if you're wrong, you're canned, whereas with any Canadian company I've worked with, they have to study the H..l out of it. Having never worked with, or for a junior company, I accept that, that would probably be the prudent way to go. Just bear with me folks, I'm learning as I go along.
Who knows, perhaps in a couple of years I may get to within 10% of you all's knowledge.
