Company has Spent $50,000,000 on ProjectOr $1.25 per share.
It would probably cost any other company around that amount to get where this company is now.
IF another company could find an appropriate area and receive environment approvals from the Provincial and Federal Governments.
Is a $1.25 a reasonable valueation, some would think so.
Management could have granted options to themselves at 10 cents per share.
They elected to go forward with a warrant plan at .63 cents per share.
They could still grant themselves .30 cent options.
Because of the millions of votes cast against them at the AGM they have had to communicate to many shareholders over the last month to get them onside and vote with management.

Communicate to them that the company is working on a new strategy of procuring a contract outside of the Clean Power Call.
Then another big piece of the puzzle was placed on Thursday.

Our management is not typical for a Venture Exchange Company.
That has been part of the problem over the last 2 years.
Now it is a benefit.
