email from investor relationsSir:
1) if you are referring to Tax audit, we were fined about $57,000 for minor irregularities. Although there was and will not be a PR, details can be found in the MD&A.
2) yes. This will be the first ore processed.
3) the mill has been ready for months. The stockpile is from the Carles satellite deposit, which is NOT the high-grade gold ore. However, 2 of the 4 faces that are being prepared are on the high-grade gold zone. Production will be at about 70% capacity because we will use ramps for haulage. When the shaft is ready, about 12 months from now, we will be at 100% capacity, or 2,000tpd.
4) no firm day, no hurdles at this time.

Hi,
Congratulations on the start of production in the UMZ. I was a shareholder back from 1995-1997 and have become a shareholder again in 2010. I have a few questions which I hope you will be able to answer.
- The news release of Oct 29th in regards to the Bolivian audit, has it been completed and will a news release be issued with the results?
- The news release of Mar 7th states that the UMZ has stockpiled 200,000 tonnes of higher grade ore. Page 9 of the March 2011 presentation indicates the production levels for 2011 and 2012, does the presentation take into account the higher grade ore?
- EVBC has stockpiled ore on the surface. Will the mill start production before the shaft access at the 100 metre level is completed, or is the mill still being refurbished? Is the stockpiled EVBC ore of a higher grade as well?
- Orvana has a planned start date of May for the EVBC, Has a firm or tentative date been set? Lastly are there any hurdles that may delay the start of production to beyond May?
