almost any stock that you punched in,the last couple of weeks took a hit, people ot there paniced, and just went ahead and pressed the sell button.

but if you followed vrs it held its ground, matter of fact it was the only one on my board that showed stability.

as far as the private placement, i think they picked a spot, when the stock was trading at a level for the past couple of weeks.

obviously events are heating up, and i smell a us listing in the agenda, if that  happens sooner then later this price will be history, the American medical industry is huge, they will eat this technology up like Mc Donalds hamburgers.
