The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

You know,richie,you took the words out of my mouth. This stock is ready to strike upwards like a cobra because it has almost all its ducks in a row.i added more on the downturn a few days ago so I am ready to party when pcy erupts.As you say,I also don't know when but it will likely be anytime from now to mid may,imo corresponding to China and japan's infrastructure needs. Long on PCY
