From the NR release

From the NR release"SelectCore believes that theLoans will allow it to focus primarily on the success of the business asthey do not contain certain onerous covenants which past financingarrangements contained and which limited the Company's freedom to fullyexecute on its strategic plans. The Loans also streamline SelectCore'sreporting practices to its lenders."

There ya go..  they are about to make some serious revenue.. just because the SP drop today when the NR is out it does not mean that it was a bad news sheess. There are a lot of reasons why the SP drop today.

I work for a company and our SP was trading at 12 dollars, then it dropped to 9 because of mainly what is happening in the economy... but it is slowly going up.
