RE: RE: RE: If the good news is out why did the SPKeen, how about my point about warrants being money in the bank?  Did you see at what price they can be exercised?  its not .10 or .13 cents, right??  No where close to the current s/p.  If SCG did a PP, they would have to issue shares and warrants likely .... I think there is less dilution the way SCG did it and it helps to pay off the loan when it matures (by-the-way, there is an option for extension in there too) ... My feeling is that SCG thinks it will make enough profits to pay it off in full by the time it matures ...

Maybe I'm way off based and totally wrong with my assessment -- I'm just speculating just like you ...
