I don't think a Plan B would be about drilling other properties. A Plan B would be mining Norte themselves if there were no sale. (but sale will come).

On #3, this news release does not imply that they have no sale. What happens after the sale if it comes? They will move on to the other properties. So they are simply being proactive.
