In my opinion : Yes they are and converted 1 for 1 meaning that, when franco Nevada share reach $64.27.
You will be able to exercise 1 warrant (FNV.WT.B) + $10.00 to receive .1556 /FNV. Or if you like it better 6.427 FNV.WT.B +$64.27 to get 1 full FNV share.
