RE: RE: RE: Lousy sale price

RE: RE: RE: Lousy sale priceYou obviously didn't read my post...cause you are still saying...."If you are happy with selling oil for $40K per when oil is well over $100 and rising, with heavy diffs at very tight levels, good for you"
THE POINT OF MY POST...yes I could have wrote it shorter is that ONLY 60% of that properties production was OIL....40% was NATURAL GAS!!!  So they were not selling oil for 40K per flowing barrel...you are assuming and rationilzing that all of the production is oil.

They got a fair price...bottom line.  Heavy oil goes for 40-60k per flowing barrel...go look at recent transactions. I can show you tons of examples....but why waste time...you are always right:

Palliser Oil & Gas Corporation ("Palliser" or the "Company") (TSXV: PXL) is pleased to announce that it has acquired certain heavy oil properties (the "Acquired Properties") which are currently producing approximately 310 bbl/d (net) of heavy oil (the "Acquisition").  The Acquired Properties are located adjacent to Palliser's existing Manitou properties in the greater Lloydminster area.  The total consideration for the Acquisition is $14.0 million ($44,900 per bbl/d),

And if you really had a handle on SCS properties you would have also mentione that in like June..the Provost Properties were producing 480 BOD and when sold down to 400 BOD...LOL...pretty high decline rates for a mature property.....lol...so so valuable this property is.
