So, there hiring management, of coarse they are, these are all new BIGmilitary contracts.......

So, a 5 week summer shut down for the grunts, of coarse, they will need alot of re-tooling done for these all new BIG military contracts.....

These new contract are so big that the whole plant/company iseffected.......

I'm sure your  VP buddy can't tell you everything, just enough to shutyou.........
