WND has a history of missing announced projected dates, mostly with respect to the closing of the financing of Windstar. Ultimately they have come through and done WHAT was promised, just not always WHEN it was promised. It used to bug me more than it currently does, simply because the financing of Windstar (and Kingman II) will ultimately turn this company into a money-maker. A delay on the SIB, or the final DAI assessment of WND's projects' value will be annoying but not troubling.
Still, I do suspect we get the value assessment by the end of the week, and the SIB details soon thereafter (sometime in Q2). Both events will push the share price higher so although I'm a bit impatient I'm no longer worried longer term.
