    Every lab that I know of, dealing with mining,  is basically swamped right now.

Specifically, I do not know about Quebec labs....but Que. is a mining hub in Canada so it would be reasonable to think that they too have all that they can handle.

Haven't seen any insider activity either.  I feel that this company is getting close to some deserving up side.........but what do I know?
