Warrants for the existing shareholders

Warrants for the existing shareholdersAttorney the idea with warrants for the existing shareholders is terrific.  I just wonder if the existing shareholders would be interested in buying let's say 10 warrants @ 25 cents each per owned share if subscribed at 100% the  warrants would bring $700 millions. And this sort of money would go long way to solve financial problems. Well , maybe this warrants should be exercisable within 60 or 90 days.Cheers.
