Andrew Gutman is the principal partner of Polar capital investments. Not sure if Polar has already bought WEW stocks or not. For sure he needs to purchase share equal to be a director on BOD.

It's kind of awkward that Peter from Goodwood was on the CC as well. He asked whether WEW board will buy more shares or not as a response to requisition. CEO merely reiterated the company rule that all directors need to purchase shares equal to two years of fee and CEO needs to purchase shares equal to two years of salary,etc. Looks like Goodwood still expects some changes from BOD and so far both parties still haven't completely broken off their dialogue.

Shareholders still don't know too many details about the requisition and who Goodwood proposed,etc. maybe they are still talking...

I expect some independent proxy firm will give recommendation if it reaches the proxy vote step
