I see from following this company on Linked In, that they hired Felix Krauser who was the Lockheed PM for the WECDIS program.  That explains the UK office - as miltechguy pointed out, likely to be an office in LM's building.  As for a Siemens buyout - hmmmm, not very likely unless Siemens open up some significant markets in Europe.  Given the financial crisis in countries with current and potential shipbuilding programs, I don't see any big contracts coming out of Europe any time soon.
