You've just proven what I said.  GGR is a subsidiary i.e. still exists and is the owner of Magino. Do you know why GGR still exists? It is not a relic - it is an active and essential legal entity. Do you even know why?

Which confirms that it is meaningless to talk about a new company - it is just a name change.
