Open Question....Haiti?

Open Question....Haiti?What, if any, are the reporting requirements on this new, lower level, opaque marketplace? Does anyone know if they even have to report financials anymore? Unless I am wrong, we are caught now on this new "wild west" marketplace where reporting is not a necessity. I have seen businesses on here that don't release anything for months and years.

Anyone know anything on this?
