   I have read with interest the last few posts you fellows have written- all of you seem to have a fairly good handle on information about OSI and some of it's employees. I personally feel somewhat encouraged by the apparent new focus on the UK and Europe, since the USA seems to be infertile for naval nav business, and I get the sense that WP is cutting costs and has a harder edge than KK did. I have been here since Oct 1993, and looking back find it hard to believe I haven't vacated long ago. D.
