I checked the insider report and sure enough, see below, shares granted at 5 CENTS PER SHARE. What is the rationale for that? Generally options (not shares granted) are issued at prevailing stock prices.

Company insiders will do just fine even if the stock prices falls. Definitely NOT a confidence builder. I have learned in the past not underestimate or ignore short positions.  Pretty dissappointing, unless I hear a strong justification to support this..
