CALCULATION EPO = 200$/share?

Hi all,

I'm realizing that we have the same potash reserve as potash corp. POT on the TSX

POT has a market cap of:

46,548,921,918

EPO has this amount of shares:

229,344,394

One divide by the other gives me:

 $ 202.97

per share of EPO.

So could this mean that those 39 cents shares could be worth 200$ ??
