RE: Still Flying Under the Radar

RE: Still Flying Under the Radarre: Blockbuster Potential

Biobilly

I think TRA is  still pretty cheap for a company having 750,000 oz indicated and 106000 oz inferred (per Wakefield report) with underrepresented high grade potential (easily an additional million oz possibly much more potential) based on High Grade Hill being proved up..

If you value Au in the ground at $100/oz (basically what BAA-T is trading for), our market cap ought to be
about (856000oz*100)= $85,600,000.

We have about 51my shrs out (per website)

Therefore the stock ought to be trading at $1.67, before proving up High Grade Hill.

If High Grade Hill vein adds a million oz, Teras will have almost 1.8 my oz and could be worth
$180,000,000 or $3.21/shr...or more.

Basically, we have pretty good fundamentals for a spec gold stock IMHO.

With a 200 hole program planned for the property, I think its fair to say Teras could get exciting in a hurry.

Cheers
