Inside Skinny on the insiders...

Inside Skinny on the insiders...So.. you will all probably remember a few months ago when this exact same thing happened, there was a confidence wobble around insiders selling.  There are in-house issues going on inside, with one insider in particular (this is what I hear from a friend of an insider, we are just shareholders..so I dont know how accurate...) and some movement and changes coming.  As a company this is still strong and we shareholders gotta remember that too.  There are many cases, and better arguements, FOR insiders exercising options and selling shares, they do still hold positions and often when SP's go up so much as this one has, with further expected growth to come, they need to cash these things out just for financial reasons, taxes, etc.. its not a bad thing, happens all the time in any company you watch, comes with good growth (that weve all experienced as well...) I know people who sold out last time this riff went through the board, investor confidence falling cuz supposedly insider confidence was shot... and the thing bounced the next week! Sometimes takes some balls (sorry fem board members) to hold on through these times.. but company is strong.  These guys want to work want to grow. They are doing that.  This is an oil company, not a high school classroom, bottom line, so even it theyre going through their in-house ups and downs/adjustments, last thing we should be doing is running to the market... IMHO of course...

"A public-opinion poll is no substitute for thought."

Both Warren Buffet...good for perspective when we get a little fearful...
Its coming around.. Flow report needed and coming soon.
