RE: Cheapest Mid tier producer - CGAI used to own CGA but left in disgust after it's SP failed to move.  It's dead money.  Investor sentiment is such a difficult thing to gauge.  CGA obviously does not have it. 

SMF was riding the crest of investor sentiment last year but this year NADA!  SMF looks like dead money now and if it does not get back over $10 soon, I'll likely leave soon too.  After all investment needs returns.  If there's none it's time to move on regardless of how much you like that stock. 

Just my thought anyway.
