RE: RE: wtfWTF is right. First of all, you asked to be corrected if your info was wrong, so if we are talking about the same agreement; correct me if I'm wrong. The update on the agreement is on the company website dated Oct 19,2010, and the correct figures are 3% net smelting rights. You forgot about the $2 Million dollars they would be receiving, which I assume will be put towards the other projects on the go. Don't forget about the 450,000 shares in the capital of Trueclaim, plus the initial receipt of $110,000 for their 51% interest.
I'm not sure why you left this info out, but I certainly don't think it hurts the company's position at all. I haven't seen any news out myself, to suggest that the 100% is the case, but after trading 13,000 shares yesterday, and @ 1,045,000 today, I think it's safe to assume someone knows something. There's probably a news release coming out Monday or Tues by the looks of today's activity. I'm just glad it's not out today, because Fridays are not usually good news days. It might just be the Trueclaim on TV, but I doubt it.
Joint venture arrangements can also be a very good sign, so don't worry about the one that's getting away, she still looks pretty promising. I may be totally wrong, but stay tuned and if you're not too sure, then cover yourself properly in case it goes south. Don't get caught losing your shares with a stop loss that's set too tight. IMHO.
