RE: 1000 sharesThat's happened to me too, with companies like CYU where the trading is thin and there's often a big gap between the bid / ask spread.  I think it's the Market Maker playing games with us, and, as you suggest, trying to induce us to fill the rest of our order at the ask price.

I agree that CYU looks like a bargain right now.
