RE: RE: SLX vs HL

RE: RE: SLX vs HLYes charts are eerily similar and could be a reflection of the same type of management wokring the same way.
What is very different  are  the fundamentals for the two companies. HL is  a proven producer who has a huge short position, for reasons i speculated  earlier. SLX has a very minor  short position ( less than half a percent of the OS) and sunwood posted the date when it began to show up, backing up my theory. Those shorts appeared shortly after the SLX financing closed.
SLX is NOT a proven producer , but does have incredible production AND exploration potential , the short position is nothing serious , imo,  considering the big financing that was done.
I REALLY  like J Anderson on the BOD, a  no nonsense type of guy who has fought the fight already for shareholders , and wouldnt shy away if needed a second time. He told me way back when that i would very happy buying under .30 ( ggc at the time) and he was right.
So the least i can do is hold my free shares , as much as it pains me to see other opportunities slip away. I let ethics and  scruples get in my way far too often . BUT i am still in the game LOL
