RE: A financing that should not have happened...Couldn't disagree more.

Off the top of my head, last year's budget paid for:
- 4 wells (tuqueque,visure, el verdal, ME-1)
- Tonnes of 2D and 3D on CPO-5  (640km2 and 240km)
- Seismic on Talora
- Possibly seismic on Tacacho
- G&A
- Increased interests in Talora, Bugainvilles


On top of which, any restricted cash they have is not "gone", it is security for their exploration campaigns.

I would love to see more progress out of PDQ, as they have been "stuck", with no real developments.  Q3 and Q4, however, have some very good potential, if they stick to their schedule.
