    Thanks for the explanations, mouserman! They are helping me, at least, to understand what goes on below the surface.

    I have always considered myself a non-violent person! I'd rather fight with words than fists! But the machinations that are going on these days is really raising my blood temperature!

    I feel the same as you do about shorting and shorters. And, although I shudder to think that I'm talking this way, I am coming around to thinking that corporal punishment is the only real deterrent.

    The long and short of it is, I don't think there should be ANY shorting; and definitely not "Naked" shorting. ( That's positively indecent!) If we have to have "coverups" at all in this day and age, let them at least first cover their shorts.

    Those guys are sailing bare-faced on a pirate ship with a great big chest of silver!  I had to cover up, and it was only my little empty chest, down below in the cabin, that was bare!
