Do you a link that confirms that GMR has rights to the Quebec side of Old Harry ?

Since the arbitration decision for offshore boundary between Nova-Scotia and Newfoundland upheld the 1965 boundary agreement that was signed by Smallwood, the chance of a different outcome for the Quebec Newfoundland offshore boundary is very slim.

Like the past Hydro-Quebec deal for the Churchill project, nobody forced Smallwood to sign these documents.
