RE: RE: 5 reasons

Actually, UEX is the cheapest U stock on a relative basis when compared to the price of Uranium since the events in Japan.

Also, UEX is not trading above its 52 week high, what are you smoking? UEX is 53% below its 52WK high, right at the fibonacci retracement.

Public sentiment is negative right now, but investment sentiment has already turned. The price of Uranium is barely off of its high and actively trading. Uranium is a strategic necessity for sovereign energy security, there is simply no replacement.

Even the US just signed a huge uranium purchase agreement with Russia Friday afternoon!:

"Rosatom Signs $2.8 Billion Contract to Enrich Uranium for U.S.

By Ilya Khrennikov

March 25 (Bloomberg) -- Rosatom Corp., Russia’s government- owned nuclear holding company, agreed a contract valued at about $2.8 billion to supply enriched uranium to the U.S., Russian state-run newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta said, citing the company.

The accord includes an option to double supplies, possibly boosting the value of the deal to $6 billion....."

Of note, I think this is NOT under the "megatons for megawatts" program, meaning Russia may not have any more nuclear warheads to decommission and this will likely be mined uranium...
