Most articles that go a bit deeper, do mention the strong odds that a candidate other than Humala would most likely win if there is a second round, which seems likely, as they more or less do not agree with his views and would come together to vote against him.
Since their views are similar it makes sense. Just a few weeks until we know if Humala makes it to the second round.
