If Teck has a mill nearby that opens up possibilities. If Teck has sunk (fixed) costs in a mill then they will want to ensure they have ore for the mill and if PGR proves up more ore then, again, there are possibilities. You could substitute the word "possibilites" with "options" or "exit events", if you wish, and the more of these that a company has, the better, and the market eventually takes account of these possibilities Not complicated.
