There was no incentive to sell the pp that became free trading on Dec 1, 2009.  The purchase price
was 35 cents and I do remember buying stock between Christmas & New Years at 32 cents.  It
is different today 40 cents to 95 cents, but yes I do not think anyone wants to sell when we could
get the NR of our dreams (hopefully, on 1711 in the 2nd Quarter).  This is the time to sit tight.

We do not need a NR of any updates in the next while, we need a NR with substance, ie
