its like the last layer of ice on a lake b4 spring...............too cold to jump in and not strong enough to go skating on.....thats borden......its not a vote of confidence from bmo.......they just make $$$$  no matter what happens or doesn't...........why not buy BMO stock......it pays a divy.........and there not drilling and turing up squat...........

much better investment......if thats what your here for ...to make $$$....mind u they still have alot to prove...did they not buy harris bank in the US???????
