RE: A good time to buy and hold.If you really must buy right now....and can't wait...CCO is the better de4al as of now.  I am hoping that changes soon though.  I'd wait....or if you must cco it.  all of it is going down together, but cco will hurt you less over the next little while.

As for pdn.............junk pile status.  worth less than UUU..........likely gets bought for cheap in the end...when the compitition starts going belly up.  Armz to buy pdn in a year or 2?  could happen..depending on spot price, and where it ends up.
