Which makes sense as that's their mandate which isn't mandated by the UN. Their goal is to develop private enterprise. It's very significant and you know it so, don't down play it. Considering how hard financing has been for all the other junior potash plays in the potash and currently it's obvious how significant it is. If management at FED is serious about going to production then they will get themselves an application and begin the same process.
