Seems like all us "oldtimers" are now on the sidelines sitting on our $ that may also turn out to be worthless !!

Best as I can tell, at the moment, the Hudson River cleanup is the only project that could provide large quantities of PCB contaminated soil so I wonder whether that might be the project for bidding at the end of summer.

Next development within 3 days is whether Belledune is sold for $900k.

Like you I will be watching developments with interest.
