The Corporation paid an initial dividend of
.045 on January 22, 2011 and monthly dividends of
.045 are projected to be paid on the 15th of each month for 2011. The AvenEx board of directors reviews the dividend level monthly. Based on current commodity prices, tax pool balances, operational forecast and balance sheet strength the current forecast 2011 dividend payout ratio is less than 60% of Funds from Operations. This compares to a 70%-80% target distribution payout ratio of Funds from Operations when AvenEx was a Trust.

Looks fine to me...
