This just came across my Radar i am starting DD and will advise if i come across anything interesting other wise I wont post on this board again. But technically speaking large volume days dont really move this equity; given shares outstanding and market cap a half cent move changes mrkt cap 2.6-7 %. refering to your last post it would seem youve got some time to do DD. i will look into insider transactions information and changes in shares held especially since the investor relations firm was hired (FEb 1, 2011.)

I will also look into management, i do like the idea of a family ceo/cfo combo but currently know nothing more than that.
i will try to value the Co. with the NI dated dec 17, 2010 and update/ model with release from yesterday.

Ive been looking for a micro copper play my personal thought being that the big moves in this commodity will be 5-10 years from now.
