RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: we need solid proofIMO, when it comes to contracts they don't have to release anything when Cinedigm or Arquiva and the likes make a new order. We were told we are the product of choice by these companies so it's expected that we simply see a running order for products.
An example, if Kitchen-Aid puts out a NR saying Sears is going to sell it's X brand of Toasters, they won't (and don't have to), put out a new release every time Sears restocks it's shelves with a new order of the same toasters.
To me, this example is no different than our agreements with Cinedigm, Arquiva, etc. Unfortunately, this means we may have to wait for quarterly results for any juicy news or until something "new" comes along.
