RE: RE: Sonora files appeal against Tanzania Minin

RE: RE: Sonora files appeal against Tanzania MininI was bashed about a month ago when I stated this (SOC's claim) was not resolved and questioned CAN's ability of getting listed on the TSX while another company is laying claims to our property.  IMHO, our SP will not be going anywhere substantially until SOC takes our land off their website, which I stated before.  We have a few unknown factors that are discounting our SP, and SOC is one of them.

On a different note, I find it funny that SOC is going after the 'Minister for Energy and Minerals.'  I don't see how they believe they have a valid claim, although I don't know their laws, but I suspect the 'Minister for Energy and Minerals does.   Dr. Kigoda  didn't follow through with the Minister's order to submit his ML for reinstatement of the PML, so they canceled the Dr.'s licence.  SOC is upset because the Minister didn't respond to their appeal and feel it is illegal that the Minister proceeded without acknowledging their appeal, even though SOC didn't own the ML and only had an option.  In other words, the 'Minister for Energy and Minerals was dealing with the owner (the doctor) of the licence and not the entity (SOC) that had a option to that licence. The doctor didn't follow with the Minster's request, so we are where we are today.  If anything, I could see how SOC may be able to go after the Dr for compensation, but I wonder who will be flipping that bill, especially if they won compensation?  Us?
