RE: How valid isIt would appear the lawsuit pertains to a former Sateri employee who is now working for Fortress Paper. Obviously he would have knowledge of the inner workings of Sateri. Unfortuneately the courts are usually very resistant in enforcing rules that prevent a person from earning a living. Sounds like sour grapes to me. In China moving to a new company is probably look upon like treason but in Canada we just call it getting a new job.

After all. This guy was just one counter-offer away from staying at Sateri. Oh, sorry, they may not understand a free market either.
