The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Largest Shareholders:

Based on info from Bloomberg:

Columbia Wanger Asset Management holds approximately 32.6 million shares
Magid Sam holds approximately 31.3 million shares
Front Street holds approximately 28.6 million shares as at Dec 31st 2010. So the couple million they sold in February of 2011 is not a big deal considering they still hold over 20 million shares.

Radcliffe foundation holds 7.6 million shares.
several other funds holds couple million shares
etc

All the analysts have a buy recommendation and average 12 month target price is
.85.

This is looking like a great buying opportunity to me, will be adding to my position tomorrow.
