RE: RE: Sonora files appeal against Tanzania M

RE: RE: Sonora files appeal against Tanzania MSonora has no grounds to appeal since the order was made to Dr. Kigoda.  Either he makes an appeal or it's likely dead before it starts.   SOC can make a claim against the Dr. for failure to deliver on the contract but they have no claim against the Governement.  I expect the action will be thrown out.  The Dr. if he is happy with the new arrangement and the NSR he should simply claim "Force Majeure" and the issue will go away.

The problem here for us is this has jinxed the company for months and months.  Obviously the reason more drill results have not been released and who knows what else.  It is foolish to say it will be business as usual as it hasn't been business as usual for the last 6 months.

Hope the High Court refuses to hear the case and the issue is quickly put behind us.
