No one is selling as we're getting close to what has to be news which shows further progress.  What we're seeing here is the fact that unless the market has pains, no one needs to sell to cover other positions, and therefore is not selling.  I've picked up a considerable number of more shares in the past 6 weeks thanks to this holding pattern.
I suspect the story will be more firmly planted by the summer time, but anyone looking for a fast rise to $2 may need to see us hold at several levels on the way up.  All bets are off if they announce a Prognoz partner with HRG holding its 50% and some large firm coming in and buying out the other partners.  If that happens, I suspect the first stage is to announce the buyout of the other party, and then 3-6 months before plans are in place for an announcement of a mining plan.
